Quantum Payroll is supported by a team of experts who know payroll inside out. At implementation stage we will assist with the set up of your new Software and train you on site. After implementation our ongoing support is facilitated through the telephone system. All our support lines are manned by trained experts that allow you tap directly into our expertise as the need arises. Complimenting the support team is an experienced team of programmers and it is this team that has the responsibility to provide all payroll users with an annual update to ensure compliance with the legislative requirements Year on Year.
Quantum clients have direct access to the telephone support desk staff, direct email access to our support team and also specific client areas within our web site. Support hours operate 9.15 – 17.00 Monday to Friday with a break for lunch from 13.00 to 14.00hrs.
